As part of the partnership, the Financial Times will become an anchor tenant within the International News, International Business News and International Channels of AOL's domestic service, providing daily breaking news stories, exclusive features and links to the Financial Times Web site, FT.com. This agreement will give AOL users direct access to the FT's latest global business news coverage and will provide them with an international perspective from FT correspondents stationed around the world. Financial Times will also be accessible to AOL members through Keywords: Financial Times or FT. World Book to Offer New Generation of Reference Products in Versabook Format Versaware Technologies today announced an agreement with World Book to convert and market a range of World Book products in the Versabook format. The first book to be released in the new format will be the World Book Medical Encyclopedia, with three additional titles to follow by the end of the year. In addition to converting the content and providing technological support, the joint agreement calls for Versaware to market the products to consumers through its direct distribution network, while World Book will offer the titles as part of its own educational and library channels. GourmetMarket.com Teams With Great Chefs To Offer Broadcast Content Online GourmetMarket.com, an Internet commerce site for premium food and wine products, announced a partnership with Great Chefs Television, to license Great Chefs' content to GourmetMarket.com, including text, pictures, audio and streaming video for the Internet. Under the terms of the agreement, GourmetMarket.com assumes the Internet rights to Great Chefs' culinary content, enabling the company to use or to license it to GourmetMarket.com partners or another online third party. Airing daily on the Discovery Channel, Great Chefs features world renowned chefs cooking on location in their own restaurant kitchens. "Great Chefs has millions of viewers who are food and wine lovers," said Chanan Steinhart, CEO and president of GourmetMarket.com.
