Ungaro, who will also remain President/CEO of FTMG, explains, "This basic yet important change allows our name to clearly define our corporate identity within the communities we serve." The Freedom Technology Media Group is comprised of two divisions: the Customer Relationship Management Division (CRM) and the Small Business/Home Office Division (SOHO). CRM Division magazines and special supplements include Knowledge Management, CRM Magazine (previously Sales & Marketing Automation, Field Force Automation, e-CRM and CRM Magazine's Directory 2000. FTMG's SOHO Division titles includes Home Office Computing, Small Business Computing & Communications, Small Business Solutions Provider and The Networked Home.
