March 6, 2000 CraftClick.com Acquires Crafter.com A new feature of Crafter.com, soon to be launched, is Crafter's Corner. Crafter's Corner consists of special sections such as Critiques, and Kudos. Critiques serves as an online advice column, which invites Crafter.com members to e-mail pictures of their in-progress craft projects and request advice. Crafter.com posts the images and responds with tips on completing or perfecting a project. Kudos will highlight the experiences and achievements of individual crafters. Crafter.com's founder is Renee Chase. Ms. Chase brings over 20 years of crafting industry experience to Crafter.com. Prior to starting Crafter.com, Ms. Chase founded Friends & Neighbors, a nationwide Arts & Crafts magazine for which she served as publisher and editor for eight years.
