Airline passengers will have in-flight access to several lifestyle and business publications online including Archaeology DIG, Archaeology Magazine, Business Week Online, Cigar Aficionado, eWEEK, Inter@ctive Week, Prevention, Sm@rt Partner, The Net Economy and Wine Spectator. inflightonline.com also plans additional magazines in the travel, sports, fashion, entertainment, special interest, health and fitness categories. ``Launching a flying newsstand is another step we've taken toward helping passengers stay informed and entertained during long flights,'' said David Bruner, president of inflightonline.com. `While there are several emerging suppliers of quality hardware, we're leading the way in providing the e-mail and Internet content desired by the consumer.'' inflightonline.com is planning to launch its new service this year, which will enable airline passengers with portable personal computers to link via the airline's in-flight phone connection to online resources.
