Martha Stewart Holiday Magazine Launches for Halloween

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. has announced the publication of a new, special edition magazine, Martha Stewart Holiday. The first special issue of Holiday will be devoted entirely to cooking, entertaining, crafts, and decorating ``how to'' ideas for celebrating Halloween. It will arrive on newsstands Monday, September 4th and will present a raven-haired Martha Stewart ``gone ghoulish'' in spider lady make-up.

Among the highlights of the Martha Stewart Holiday Halloween issue are how-to instructions for Martha's ghoulish cover makeup, as well as other makeup projects; ``Bad Things,'' a play on Martha's signature saying ``It's a Good Thing''; no-sew costumes; pumpkin carving 101; special Halloween recipes like the Eyeball Highball, and an original story written for the issue by author Dean Koontz.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. is an integrated content company consisting of magazines, television shows, internet/direct commerce, newspaper columns, books and a radio show. The company's publishing segment includes Martha Stewart Living, Martha Stewart Weddings and Martha Stewart Baby magazines; books written by Martha Stewart and the editors of Martha Stewart Living; and the syndicated ``askMartha'' newspaper columns and radio show.
