Retek Inc. and Fairchild Publications Announce Partnership

Retek Inc. has announced a partnership with Fairchild Publications and Retek's marketplace to produce a complimentary monthly fashion apparel newsletter called ``Retail Tools & Trends.'' Fairchild Publications Inc. publishes Womenswear Daily (WWD), Executive Technology (ET) and the Daily News Record (DNR).

Each newsletter authored by Fairchild's editors will focus on a mix of fashion trends, industry insights, international perspectives and e-commerce strategies. Subsequent issues will be based on market feedback gathered through interaction with Retek's retail.com and the fashion apparel, jewelry & footwear business communities.

Retail Tools and Trends first issue is published and is being delivered to the subscribers of WWD, DNR and ET.
