The magazine and website will focus on the medical device design industry and will join Penton's Design Engineering group of publications, trade shows, and online media serving design engineering markets. Medical Design News will be targeted to design engineers, engineering managers, and technical personnel engaged in the manufacturing of medical components and integrated parts for the medical and biomedical industries. The magazine will launch with a guaranteed circulation of 35,000 qualified design engineers. MachineDesignNews.com will include a product locator, daily news, the basics of design engineering, new products, article archives and a career section.
