Cooper Launches O&M News Magazine

Cooper Publishing Co. has launched the premiere issue of O&M News. The new full-color monthly magazine is dedicated to the business of operating and maintaining facilities, bases, plants and systems. O&M News coverage ranges from commercial life cycle facility services to military base operations, property management, energy plant operations and maintenance.
