ConnectivCorp and AMI Announce Content Agreement

ConnectivCorp, a health content provider, has that it has entered into a content agreement with American Media, Inc. (``AMI''), the publisher of The National Enquirer, Star and Globe. These magazines reach over 20 million readers per week.

Under the agreement, ConnectivCorp. will provide sexual health editorial content developed by SexHealth.com, its sexual health website, to the Star and to several of AMI's online magazine sites. In exchange, AMI will provide SexHealth.com with advertising opportunities in The National Enquirer and branded and textual links from the Star and AMI's online magazine sites back to SexHealth.com. ConnectivCorp has also recently announced content agreements with iWon.com and WeMedia.com. SexHealth.com will officially launch its site on January 18, 2001.

``The American Media agreement is another huge milestone in our company's quest to become the definitive Internet content provider in the area of sexual health,'' said Robert Miller, ConnectivCorp's President and CEO, adding, ``SexHealth.com's content will be exposed to millions of AMI magazine readers and online users. Together with iWon's 9 million monthly users, and WeMedia's growing online community, the American Media agreement will facilitate SexHealth.com quickly reaching critical mass with consumers.''

David Pecker, AMI's President and CEO, stated: ``We are delighted to enter into a content agreement with ConnectivCorp and SexHealth.com. We believe that featuring their authoritative health content in AMI's magazines and online sites will substantially enhance our value proposition to our readers.''
