Court TV To Launch Weekly Hollywood Series

Court TV adds a new weekly half-hour series to its Friday line-up with Hollywood at Large, on February 16 at 5:00 p.m. it was announced today by Henry Schleiff, Chairman and CEO, Court TV. Hollywood at Large will be an exploration of crime and justice in today's popular culture through movies, books, television, and the internet.

Each week, the show will report on first run feature films, books and television shows in the crime and justice arena. Hollywood at Large also will look at the latest lawsuits, contracts, deals in the works, and celebrity clashes with the law.

Commented Schleiff said, ``Hollywood at Large reflects the broad scope of Court TV today, which now includes everything from our unmatched trial coverage to compelling documentaries to crime and justice entertainment. We bring a unique perspective to both the non-fiction and fictional dimensions of the law.''

Court TV is a cable network covering crime and justice, which broadcasts trials by day and crime stories in the evening. A service of Time Warner Entertainment and Liberty Media Corp., Court TV has over 51 million subscribers and expects to reach 60 million by the end of 2001.
