Music.com and Milor Entertainment to Launch Magazine

Music.com, Inc. and Milor Entertainment Group have announced a joint venture agreement between the two companies. Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will work together to create and publish Music.com Magazine. Music.com Magazine will integrate editorial print content offline with a companion multimedia CD (digizine) online. The company plans for the interactive magazine to provide consumers and professionals with information about the latest trends and newest technologies in the music industry, the hottest artists, and the most controversial themes.

``Music.com Magazine exemplifies the synergistic value of associating print and Internet media,'' stated Philippe Bellosguardo, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Music.com, Inc. ``This combination offers rich, offline and online content for consumers and music industry professionals creating a truly multimedia resource for this new age of music.''

Music.com Magazine will launch as a quarterly in April 2001 with a circulation of 250,000. Each issue of the magazine will be accompanied by a Multimedia CD ``digizine'' containing utility and player software, music tracks and a variety of music programs, music videos and other features.

The Boca Raton-based Milor Entertainment Group will have full responsibility for the logistical magazine functions, including all editorial, design, distribution and marketing efforts and the coordination of an advertising sales team in both the print and Web areas. Michael Fagien, Chief Executive Officer of Milor Entertainment Group, has been appointed to President and CEO of Music.com Magazine, Inc. Dr. Fagien founded JAZZIZ Magazine in 1982 and has been a consultant for numerous entertainment companies, including Disney, Time Warner, Telarc, Universal, BMG, and Polygram.
