Nick.com Announces Content Agreement With Yahooligans

Nick.com has announced a content agreement with Yahoo! Inc., an Internet media company, to provide Nick.com kids content to Yahooligans! Web guide for kids ages 7 - 12. Under the agreement, Yahooligans! is featuring an array of Nick.com's kids content, including sports updates and weird news, articles from Nick Magazine, as well as information on popular Nickelodeon characters like the Rugrats, Jimmy Neutron, Doug, and more.

``This agreement is a testament to the strength of the Nickelodeon brand and the quality of Nick.com's content,'' said Bruce Tuchman, SVP, New Media Ventures, Nickelodeon. ``Yahooligans! is an amazing kid-friendly resource and we are proud to be working closely with such online pioneers.''

Launched in 1996, the Yahooligans! web guide is a directory to safe, kid-appropriate information on the Web. In addition to the directory, the site includes a teachers' guide; parents' guide; kids' almanac; games; downloads; as well as daily news, sports, jokes, and pop culture content. Nick.com is a division of Nickelodeon Online, a network on the Web for kids and parents. Nickelodeon Online was created by Nickelodeon, which is now in its 22nd year. The company includes television programming and production in the United States and around the world, plus consumer products, online, recreation, books, magazines and feature films. Nickelodeon's U.S. television network is owned by Viacom International Inc.
