InfoWorld Media Group Launches CTO Magazine

InfoWorld Media Group, a unit of IDG, an IT media company, has launched CTO Magazine, a quarterly publication designed for IT executives. CTO Magazine is the newest member of InfoWorld Media Group's integrated product line of online, print, events and research channels. The premiere issue features editorial picks for the Top 25 CTOs based on technologic innovation, impactful decision-making, and definition and execution of new business models.

``In the last few years, we've watched the role of the CTO in business grow exponentially, and our picks for the top 25 represent the ones to watch for continued groundbreaking advances in business and technology in the months ahead,'' said Michael Vizard, editor in chief, InfoWorld, InfoWorld.com and CTO Magazine. ``We're pleased to announce our Top 25 CTOs in conjunction with the launch of CTO Magazine -- this combination highlights our confidence that CTOs are key strategic players within the enterprise who will continue to drive fundamental change in their organizations.''
