Under the terms of the agreement, TechTV and BusinessWeek will collaborate to develop and distribute co-branded technology news and lifestyle information on the TechTV cable network and website, as well as in BusinessWeek magazine. TechTV has also recently announced content deals with Yahoo and Fast Company. BusinessWeek editorial content will be added to the original TechTV programming. The enhanced programming is scheduled to include technology news coverage, lifestyle features, and live and pre-recorded interviews. BusinessWeek correspondents will appear regularly as guests on TechTV, either in person or via a TechTV Netcam. In addition, BusinessWeek readers will have access to interviews and feature stories from TechTV. ``We're excited to partner with a leading media organization like BusinessWeek and bring TechTV's unparalleled technology content to its audience,'' said Joe Gillespie, chief operating officer and executive vice president of TechTV. ``We believe that this collaboration underscores the importance of technology content as a relevant and necessary component for the mainstream audience.
