Bowker Infotrieve, a document delivery and electronic content provider, announced a partnership with R.R. Bowker, the publisher of Ulrich's Periodicals Directory to bundle services with Ulrichsweb.com. From title-level entries in Ulrich's, users will be able to view article citations, and from there, order articles through the Infotrieve link. Ulrichsweb.com users can order complete-text articles by clicking on embedded links, which jumps to Infotrieve's shopping cart. Many of the articles may be delivered on a pay-per-view basis in PDF format. Ulrichsweb.com contains nearly a quarter of a million publications, including academic and scholarly publications, consumer magazines, electronic publications, monographic series, newsletters, newspapers, trade publications, magazines, and many other types of publications, including those ceased and forthcoming. Launched in 1987, Los Angeles-based Infotrieve has more than 1.5 million articles available for download in PDF format.
