90 Minutes Soccer Magazine To Launch Later This Year

San Diego Soccer Development Corp. announced it has retained Sports Vue Interactive Media, Inc. to handle content development and management for its new 90:00 Minutes soccer magazine. The magazine's tagline is the "The New Voice of Soccer".

Sports Vue Interactive Media, Inc.'s President and CEO, Charles Cuttone, a nationally known sports journalist, and Linda Cuttone, a long time international soccer executive, journalist and photographer will serve as Managing Editors of the magazine.

Mr. Cuttone is a noted expert in the sports industry and has nearly 25 years experience in sports management, marketing and publishing. His sports career includes experience in journalism, publishing, marketing, advertising, and team ownership.

Yan Skwara, President and CEO of San Diego Soccer Development Corp., said, "With the addition of Sports Vue Interactive Media, Inc., the final key component to producing our new 90:00 Minutes soccer magazine is in place. The Company will begin full-time production and distribution of the magazine starting June 1, 2002. We are currently building the infrastructure of 90:00 Minutes by establishing a subscriber base, securing advertising dollars and developing distribution channels. We are confident this new revenue stream will be a positive impact of the Company's financials for the 2002 fiscal year."
