Abebooks' inventory will be available to book buyers worldwide on Amazon.com's ecommerce platform, significantly expanding the selection of used books available to Amazon.com customers. Brent James, chief executive officer of Abebooks said, "Amazon Marketplace creates real value for customers by bringing increased choice and selection when making purchases. The customer's choices expand significantly when we add Abebooks millions of used books to the equation." Abebooks is an online marketplace for used, rare, and out-of-print books.
