HRO Today's premiere issue is 100 pages with initial readership that exceeds 67,000, and maintains a 50%-50% balance between advertisers and editorial content. Distributed September 30th, the monthly magazine succeeds The ProEmp Journal, (a publication about professional employer outsourcing) which was founded in 1996 by Harry Feinberg.
