Wiley Publishing And Seybold Seminars Launch Book Series

Wiley Publishing and Seybold Seminars and Publications announced a co-publishing relationship to create a book series geared to aspiring design professionals and students. The new book series -- Seybold Seminars' Complete Course -- will provide readers with a start-to-finish solution to learning today's hottest design software.

"Partnering with a well-known and respected company such as Seybold Seminars and Publications, we're able to reach a greater number of people in the graphics community," said Richard Swadley, vice president and executive group publisher at Wiley. "As a direct result of this partnership we're able to gain instant clout among a targeted community of professionals -- those people who attend Seybold's seminars."

The first three books to launch the series are Dreamweaver MX Complete Course, Flash MX Complete Course, and Photoshop 7 Complete Course. Additional titles will soon follow. A panel of experts from Seybold will review and authorize each title. Through joint promotions and marketing, the books will receive exposure at Seybold events as well as through online and print mentions.
