"How many times have you found yourself at 2:00 in the afternoon thinking, 'What's For Dinner Tonight?'" asks Collins. "Just visit www.helpmecook.com for ingredients and directions for simple meals any day of the week that are easy to make and great to eat. Pick up ingredients on the way home from work and enjoy a delicious meal that night".

One of Collins' favorite features is 'Someone's in the Kitchen ... ', which brings talented, well-known chefs into your kitchen with fabulous recipes from their personal collections. "It's a great way to learn how to cook like the pros," she says. "We're extremely proud to have featured Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley's Bistro and Jody Adams from Rialto Restaurant in Boston, MA., as well as Mark Franz from Farallon in San Francisco, CA., Michael Romano of the Union Square Cafe in New York City and the chefs from the Canyon Ranch Health Resorts as some of our guest chefs."
