Monarch Publishing to Focus on Spirituality and Healing

Dr. James Lloyd Chappuis, MD FACS, an Atlanta orthopaedic surgeon, and relationship expert, John Lee, have announced today the launch of Monarch Publishing Associates. A joint business effort of friends and colleagues Chappuis and Lee, Monarch Publishing Associates will focus on the topics of personal growth, spirituality and healing.

John Lee is the bestselling author of The Flying Boy: Healing The Wounded Man, Facing The Fire: Experiencing & Expressing Anger Appropriately, and twelve other books, including Growing Yourself Back Up: Understanding Emotional Regression. Throughout his career, he has sold more than 500,000 books and has been featured on Oprah Winfrey, 20/20, Barbara Walter's The View, CNN, PBS, and NPR. He has also been interviewed by Newsweek, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and dozens of other national magazines and radio talk shows.

Dr. James Lloyd Chappuis, MD, FACS, certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and other national and state organizations. He has been in private practice in the metro-Atlanta area with his brother Rick, a Certified Physician's Assistant, for over 15 years and specializes in the surgical treatment of complex adult spinal disorders. Realizing the positive effects John Lee's books have had on him and other people across the country, Dr. Chappuis teamed up with his friend and colleague to create Monarch Publishing Associates and launch their first joint effort, Doctor, I'm Scared.

The launch of Monarch Publishing Associates coincides with the release of two new books; Doctor, I'm Scared, and The Secret Place of Thunder; and the re-release of Courting a Woman's Soul.

Monarch Publishing Associates plans to re-release two additional John Lee books by the end of September 2004 and, in addition, John Lee and Dr. Chappuis are working on two new books, scheduled to debut this fall. Monarch Publishing Associates also invites authors who have a passion for personal and spiritual growth to submit their manuscripts.
