Helmers Announces Chief Supply Chain Officer Magazine

Helmers Publishing Inc., has announced the launch of CSCO, a new magazine and website focused on technology, business, and career strategies for Chief Supply Chain Officers. Debuting as a quarterly publication and daily Website in February 2005, CSCO magazine's initial distribution will be to 20,000 C-level, supply chain management, and operations personnel. CSCOmagazine.com will offers and online community and links to its sister publication Supply Chain Systems magazine's technical articles, online buyer's guide database, and other resources at SCS-mag.com.

"Chief Supply Chain Officers, vice presidents of supply chain, and similar titles are becoming increasingly prevalent at companies that recognize the importance of supply chain excellence," said Dave Andrews, Editor-in-Chief. Both CSCO magazine and the website will offer content on developing supply chain leadership skills and setting and implementing strategies. Three featured sections -- Operations, Information Technology, and Management -- will explain emerging technologies, new business practices, and how to manage their successful implementation.
