American Lawyer Media, headquartered in New York, publishes numerous well-known national and regional trade newspapers and magazines serving primarily the legal community, including The American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel Magazine, AmLaw Tech, Corporate Control Alert, New Jersey Law Journal, The Recorder (San Francisco), Texas Lawyer, Legal Times (Washington, D.C.), Fulton County Daily Report (GA), Connecticut Law Tribune, Daily Business Review (FL), and provides an online internet service for lawyers known as Counsel Connect.

"American Lawyer Media is the country's premier legal publishing franchise," said Randall Weisenburger, a managing director of Wasserstein Perella.
