Houghton Mifflin Harcourt CEO ResignsHoughton Mifflin Harcourt CEO Barry O'Callaghan has resigned. Reuters reports that O'Callaghan will stay on as a senior adviser and Chief Financial Officer Michael Muldowney will become HHM's temporary CEO.As CEO of Riverdeep, O'Callaghan guides the company through a merger with Houghton Miflin in 2006 and then an acquisition of Harcourt from Reed Elsevier in 2007.
