Posted on May 14, 2004

Ryan McNeil and OverTime Magazine, Inc. have announced the launch of OverTime Magazine (OT), a new business and lifestyle magazine for professional athletes and sports industry insiders. The first issue will debut on June 12, 2004 at a launch event in Miami, FL, and will highlight such athletic greats as Roger Staubach, Franco Harris, Bernie Kosar, Jennifer Azzi, Sylvia Crawley and Ronnie Lott. The publication will launch with a controlled circulation of 25,000 professional athletes, team owners, executives and industry insiders. OT will not be available on the newsstand.

OT will have a business/lifestyle focus, providing its exclusive readership with news, insights, advance notice of trends, and advice about developments related to the professional sports industry. It will focus on how professional athletes live on and off the field and observe relevant and controversial topics in professional sports. PLAYERS INC and the NFL Players Association have endorsed OT Magazine.

McNeil said, "By leveraging our extensive network of colleagues and industry experts within and outside professional sports, we will offer rare insight into the industry as it relates to former, current and future professional athletes."

OT's publishing and editorial staff includes NFL veteran, Ryan McNeil; former editor-in-chief of Inc. magazine, George Gendron; former Robb Report Publisher, Rick Sedler; former Elite Traveler Editorial Director, Stacy Small; and award winning art director Russ Rocknak. OT is published quarterly in partnership with RMS Media Group, Inc.

The launch of OT coincides with PBFN Acceleration 2004, an annual conference hosted by McNeil to bring professional athletes together to foster business skills. The three-day business conference will be held June 11-13 at the JW Marriott in Miami.
