Martha Stewart Living to Launch Website on September 8

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia will debut its website, located at marthastewart.com, on September 8. The website launch will be integrated with the launch of the Emmy award-winning television series, Martha Stewart Living in a new daily format, and the debut of a syndicated Westwood One radio show, askMartha. The site will provide up-to-date information and resources to supplement the television show, the radio show, the monthly Martha Stewart Living magazine and other MSLO ventures. There will also be an area to purchase merchandise online, which was previously only available via the Martha By Mail catalog, and a unique level of interaction with the Martha Stewart Living audience, including a community area for them to exchange tips and ideas.

Martha Stewart said in the announcement, "We believe that this is the first time a daily TV show like ours will truly interact with its audience over the Internet. The Web site provides the perfect complement to our other media and product ventures, and is another step in providing the most useful, interesting and complete how-to information and resources to our audiences."
