411 Magazine Joins Unite Window Media

411 Magazine, a nightlife guide to South Florida's growing gay and lesbian community, has joined the Unite Media/Window Media family of publications, including the South Florida Express Gay News. In addition to the Express News, other publications operated by Unite/Window include The Washington Blade, The New York Blade, Southern Voice (Atlanta), The Houston Voice, David Atlanta Magazine and Genre Magazine.
Mike Kitchens, Widow Media's director of operations based in Atlanta will oversee the relocation of 411's personnel and offices. Initially, Mubarak Dahir, editor of the Express will be overseeing the editorial side of 411, while the Express sales manager Kevin Hopper will expand his role as general manager of both the Express and 411 Magazine.
