Channelspace Entertainment, Amos Press, Announce Strategic Partnership

ChannelSpace Entertainment, Inc. (CSEI), parent company of CollectingChannel and Amos Press, a publisher in the fields of stamps, coins and vintage cars, have signed a strategic partnership to create and present content. Under terms of the accord, Amos Press Inc., privately held hobby publisher based in Sidney, OH, will provide exclusive content in the coins, stamps and vintage car categories on collectingchannel.com. The company's collecting-related publications include Coin World, Linn's Stamp News, Cars & Parts and Scott's Stamp Catalogues.

Bruce Boyd, president of Amos Press Inc., says in a statement, "Amos Press is very pleased to establish this partnership with the collectingchannel.com. Our objective is to expand the reach of our hobby publications and promote the benefits of stamp collecting, coin collecting and vintage car collecting to a wider audience of prospective participants. Through our partnership with collectingchannel.com, we expect to establish on the Internet the same content leadership that our hobby print publications now enjoy."

The collectingchannel.com site launched in October 1998. Consumers can access information on a wide variety of collecting topics, including antiques, sports, stamps and coins among others, through audio/video programming, news articles, expert opinions, and on-line magazines. collectingchannel.com is the lead content provider to eBay and the exclusive provider of antiques and collecting information on Yahoo Broadcast Services.
