Computer Currents Launches Virtual Newsstand Inside

Internet start-up has announced an agreement with Computer Currents magazine to become the first inworld content distribution partner for's virtual Silicon Valley site on the Internet.

Through the agreement, Computer Currents will be available in virtual newsstands within the Club Connect online world for visiting 'avatars' to read and carry with them throughout the virtual environment. Visitors can click the newsstand icon to launch the newest issue of Computer Currents, and can transport copies of the magazine or stories within it to share with other inworld members.
