Forbes.com To Provide Editorial Content To Yahoo!

Forbes.com, a business media company, has announced a content agreement with Yahoo! Inc., an Internet communications, commerce and media company. Under the terms of the agreement, Forbes.com is providing Yahoo! Finance with editorial content from its journalists. Yahoo! has created a news hub on Yahoo! Finance to feature Forbes.com's articles, links to live chats and Forbes' Lists, including the Forbes Platinum 400 and the Power Celebrity 100. New articles from Forbes.com will be made available to Yahoo! Finance users on a daily basis.

Jeffrey M. Killeen, chief executive officer of Forbes.com, says, "Forbes.com is pleased to be working with Yahoo!, and we believe this agreement will help extend our already powerful brand online and drive traffic to our site. Developing relationships with leading brands such as Yahoo! will enhance Forbes.com's position as a premier destination for investors and people who are interested in the business world."

Forbes.com also is providing content to Yahoo! FinanceVision. Yahoo! FinanceVision integrates live streaming video, personalized data and Web browsing in one interface to bring people market coverage, investing insights from third party sources, morning brokerage calls, and news and commentary. Additionally, Yahoo! Chat and Forbes.com have teamed up to develop and organize live online chat events.

Tim Sheehan, director of production for Yahoo! Finance, says in the announcement, "Yahoo! is happy to deliver Forbes.com's valued content and the unique perspective of their journalists to people who use Yahoo! Finance and Yahoo! FinanceVision. As the leading financial site on the Web, Yahoo! Finance is committed to providing people with the best content and information available."
