Posted on June 8, 1999, an Internet medical publisher, has announced that it has signed a publishing agreement with Macmillan General Reference USA Inc. to provide content for Webster's New World Dictionary of Medical Terms with approximately 6,500 dictionary entries. The dictionary is expected to be published early in Year 2000. The 400-page book will also include a fully referenced version of the dictionary on CD-ROM.
