Posted on July 8, 1999

NetUSA, Inc. has announced that it has purchased Silicon Valley High Tech Magazine, a Chinese language magazine devoted to the reporting and analysis of technological and marketing trends in high technology industries, from US Broadnet Communication, Inc., which had been the publisher of the magazine.

NetUSA will take over the publication of Silicon Valley High Tech starting with the July issue. The magazine had previously been published in a newspaper-like format on a weekly basis, but NetUSA plans to transform it into a monthly magazine using full color gloss book paper. NetUSA also plans to maintain and further enhance the current online magazine edition of Silicon Valley High Tech. Also, while the magazine had been previously limited in circulation, NetUSA will make the magazine available in all major markets in the United States, as well as China and Taiwan starting with the July issue.
