Rcontest.com To Launch Real Estate Magazine Called Executive Mansions

Rcontest.com, Inc. has announced it has entered into a joint venture with Best of Naples, Inc. to launch a nationwide exclusive real estate magazine called Executive Mansions. As part of the joint venture, Rcontest.com transferred all assets from their ExecutiveMansions.com unit into a new Florida Corporation called ExecutiveMansions.com, Inc.

The Executive Mansions magazine is a expected to have an initial circulation of 100,000 copies. The inaugural issue is expected to be direct mailed to select businesses, professionals and the worlds most affluent families. Featured properties will be showcased on the ExecutiveMansions.com's website, due for re-release prior to New Years 2000. The site allows consumers to view real estate listings, make inquiries and directly contact real estate professionals about luxury properties worldwide.

Michael Dion, CEO of Rcontest.com, Inc., went onto say ``We are extremely pleased to be associated with such a talented group of professionals at Best of Naples, Inc., and look forward to them bringing their successful track record to this venture with the launch of Executive Mansions magazine.''

As part of the joint venture agreement, Rcontest.com, Inc. will maintain majority interest in ExecutiveMansions.com, Inc. Dion further stated that, ``It is our intention to work closely with Best of Naples, Inc. to develop ExecutiveMansions.com, Inc., into an industry leader and spin-off the Company as a public entity this coming year.''
