The Social Network Wins Three Oscars

The Social Network - which was based on the formation of Facebook - won three Oscars at last night's 83rd Academy Awards. The Oscars included Best Editing and Best Original Score. Aaron Sorkin also won Best Adapated Screenplay for The Social Network.

Jesse Eisenberg played Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg in the film. He was up for Best Actor but did not win, and was not expected to. The Social Network was also one of the ten films up for Best Picture, but did not win.

Here are the film's three Oscars:

• Best Editing: The Social Network, Angus Wall and Kirk Baxter
• Best Original Score: The Social Network, Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross
• Best Adapted Screenplay: The Social Network, screenplay by Aaron Sorkin
