Wireless Industry Publishers Unite for Expanded Content

CommNOW.com announced that it has forged a partnership with Wireless Review that will enable each publisher to share its unique information strengths. The new venture is in response to CommNOW.com's subscriber requests to add more features to the publisher's WirelessNOW daily online news service. WirelessNOW -- CommNow.com's flagship product -- will provide 10 headline news bytes each day to WirelessReview.com, Wireless Review's newly launched website.

"There are great synergies between CommNOW.com's WirelessNOW daily news service and Wireless Review magazine," said Andrea Knotts Bona, vice president and publisher, CommNOW.com. "Both products are respected leaders in their publishing mediums and strive to inform and educate their audiences. Our arrangement is a win-win situation for both publications."

Wireless Review will provide WirelessNOW with monthly columns covering such topics in the cellular and PCS marketplace as handsets, prepaid services and smart phones. CommNOW.com will enhance and expand its product offering to meet its subscribers' needs with monthly content from Wireless Review's editorial staff.

"This partnership represents another way we're using the Web to empower industry leaders," Wireless Review Publisher Darren Sextro said. "Visitors already turn to our site for perspective on the issues, for two-way communication with other wireless leaders, and for guidance in making business decisions. Now they can also go there for breaking news."
